Most of the families of the HETRA students experience many financial difficulties that come with raising a child with a disability. It is important to HETRA that a student should not be able to experience the joys of therapeutic riding due to the inability to afford our services.

HETRA is committed to keeping these fees down so these individuals can still come out and experience the joys of riding a horse. On average HETRA supplements $60 for every student riding session (90 students per week, 43 weeks per year). We also have students that are unable to afford our discounted services, we will offer these students special scholarships.
