Sad news – All of us here at HETRA are very sad regarding the recent loss of one of our very special horses. Kayla at the Omaha barn died on Monday June 4, 2012 due to complications from colic. She was 25 years old and had been with us for the past 4 years and been a very valuable member of the HETRA team. She will be missed by all of us. Thank you to everyone that helped take such wonderful care of her of these past 4 years. She spent the last 4 years being loved by many students/families, volunteers and staff!!!
